Pandora music will not play on iPhone

I have an iPhone 6 and music stop playing on my iPhone 6 from Pandora on February 5, 2020. I am able to access the app, select the station of my choice to listen to the music. However, I can't hear the music. The app seems to be stuck in buffering mode. On February 12, 2020, I heard music from my iPhone from Pandora when I attempted to access the app. However,, it went back in buffering mode when I attempted to search to listen to additional stations. The software updated with version 12.4.5. I'm not sure as to why it's stuck in buffering mode and the music from Pandora will not play.

Thanks for providing the suggestions, but nothing is working. I switched to iHeartRadio. It works fine on my iPhone 6.

I would like to report this issue to our engineers. Could you tell me more about your device?

  • Device & Generation: iPhone 6
  • Carrier:
  • iOS version:12.4.5
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Settings & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or 3G/4G (cellular data) when this is happening?

Also, are you experiencing this in locations where you used to be able to listen without issue?

Well keep buffering i and skipping and I dis a new account and pay for the music to keep listening too

For rite now it’s supposed to be free
