Password isn't accepted on mobile web browser

"Mobile" version of site not accepting correct password in Edge - Win 10

I didn't think any other option was valid for this, as I am using the mobile version of the website through the Edge Sidebar. If I change the view to Desktop version the password is accepted no problem, if I try to change back to the mobile version in that side panel, I get logged out immediately and it continues to tell me the password is incorrect.


From what I can see, authentication using the mobile app has been spotty at best. I can connect successfully on my iPhone 12 and my desktop application (the actual windows application). It is only the mobile version of the site that isn't logging me in correctly.

@jmeyer1980 You won't actually be able to sign in and stream Pandora through a mobile browser.

If you'd like to access your account and listen to Pandora on your mobile device, you will need to listen through the app.

Since it sounds like you are experiencing issues when listening on your iPhone, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
