Over the past 6 months+, I have experienced Pandora's iPhone app with stutters, stalls, blank-outs, crashes, and complete non-function. I have deleted the app and reloaded Pandora onto my iPhone over and over with no improvement. No change in the settings, or wifi / cell signal change can improve the performance of this problematic app. If the problem is on my side, specific guidance would be very much appreciated. If this is problem is more widespread, then Pandora needs to hit the refresh button on their IT/app specialist team.

I do see that you uninstalled / reinstalled the app on your iPhone device on 11/07/2021. We recently released a new app version of Pandora.
Could you please try uninstalling / reinstalling again while I have a trace enabled on your account? This will be helpful in case I need to share this with our engineering team.

I am using iPhone 7, a rather old model, however, I do have the most recent iOS, 15.0. What seemed to help the stuttering, stalling, and dysfunction was the action to ‘off load’ the Pandora app history, then delete and reinstall the app, then reboot the phone.
I have experienced this problem over a long period, well over a year, with the same phone. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not always correct the issues. I cannot connect the cause and effect of my actions to correct the issue. The problem is intermittent, but when it begins it is very persistent, then just goes away, only to reappear later. The phone’s memory capacity has only 35.3 GB of the phone’s 128 GB capacity in use.
I hope my experience helps the Pandora IT team identify the issue. I listen to Pandora for hours each day and find the service to be excellent… when all is working correctly.

I have had a pandora account for five years. I listen every day to pandora. This week I haven’t listened at all because every time I click on the app button the screen blinks and returns me to my main screen. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it. I have updated my phone. I had a full membership that I canceled because I don’t want to pay for an app that won’t work. I miss my pandora. Please fix me
