iOS: Cannot turn off shuffle

I am unable to turn off shuffle on my playlist and I see you have a lot of other complaints like this. I hope you will get back to me and them. It doesn’t seem like you have it. I don’t have to stay with Pandora. There are other options please advise how to shut off shuffle on my playlist, I don’t hear back from you by the time I have to renew my prescription and then I just won’t but I hope you answer me because I like you guys thank you

Sorry for the confusion around the shuffle feature - I'm happy to help.

Shuffle on Stations:

To turn shuffle off, simply click or tap the name of a different station.

Shuffle on Playlists / Albums:

1. Go to the Now Playing screen and select the icon with intersecting arrows 🔀 on the bottom of the screen to turn Shuffle on or off.
2. When the shuffle icon is highlighted, it will shuffle all the songs from that album or playlist.
