I have been trying to upgrade my plan from Plus to Family but I keep getting "Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details". I try to put in a different valid working card and get the same issue. I tried to delete the card but the delete card button does nothing. So I can't change, update, cancel or do anything with my subscription. I tried a different account and have the exact same errors. The card that is currently on the account is cancelled and I guess if Pandora doesn't want to fix this issue that has been going on for a year or more, guess my subscription will just end. I submitted a ticket but the "rep" Ivan keeps giving me copy and pasted answers from the help section so that is not helpful either. And the new reps that reach out refuse to read previous replies and just do the same thing. Seeing as this is a common yet unfixed issue I guess Pandora is ok with the continue loss of customers due to fixable issues. Guess when my subscription ends I'll just switch to Spotify or something that wants my money.
