If you're sharing an artist, the share icon can be found in the upper right hand corner of the backstage page. To locate a profile link, search for the artist/song and click on the arrow to Share ↗️ and then select Copy link.
The easiest way share a song is to do a search (even if it's already a part of your collection). Tap the name of the song/station/album/artist/podcast and tap Share and select Copy link.
In the meantime, they blank screen when adding variety on Android devices has been fixed. This is a different issue likely related to the specific content you're attempting to add to your stations as variety.
