Hi @acenchase
Welcome to community!
The 'Someone else is listening' message appears when Pandora detects another stream attempting to play music from the same account. From time to time this can be triggered by accident when switching devices, for example when moving from a mobile device, to a web browser. This can also be triggered if there are multiple web browsers open with the Pandora site open and active.
If you believe someone may have accessed your Pandora account, you can take steps to help protect your account.
1. You can change your password and remove all the devices associated with your account. This will log you out every where, and you'll need to sign back into any devices you'd like to use.
From a web browser, go to pandora.com and log in to your account.
Then click your Profile in the top right corner of the page and select Settings.
Next to Account Info click on Edit to change your password. Enter your new password into the password field and Save.
You’ll be prompted to you enter your old password in order to be able to proceed with your request. Before selecting Submit, make sure to check the box to Log out of all other devices.
If you’ve signed into someone else’s computer, be sure to sign out of your Pandora account once you’re finished.
2. If you'd prefer not to change your password, but still want to remove all devices, you can use the following steps:
From a web browser, go to pandora.com and log in to your account.
Then click your Profile in the top right corner of the page and select Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Log out of all other devices.
Enter your password and press Log Out.
If you’ve signed into someone else’s computer, be sure to sign out of your Pandora account once you’re finished.
If you're having trouble with the steps above let me know.
