Looks like you selected the label Samsung TV. More recent Samsung devices use a version of Android OS with their televisions. I recommend clearing the cache and app data on your TV to see if it will help.
You can try the following general steps for Android TV below. Please note they may not fit exactly depending on your TV model. If you find that they don't apply to your TV, I recommend checking your owner's manual for more specific steps.
On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
Select the Settings Gear icon ⚙️
Follow the steps according to your TV menu:
Select Apps → See all apps → Show system apps.
Under System apps, select Pandora.
Select Clear cache, then select Ok.
If the issue still occurs, move on to the next step.
Select Clear data, then select Ok.
If displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then Ok
Additionally, you can try power cycling your TV by unplugging it from it's power source for at least 5 minutes, plugging it back in and try again.
