Hi @cyberthom  Sorry for any trouble! I can remove your Onkyo connection from your Pandora account and have you try logging back in to see if that will help.  I've gone ahead and done this. This should automatically log you out, but it can take some time. So I would wait a few hours to see if any changes will take affect. Additionally, I would also try power cycling your Onkyo by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes. If after logging back in and power cycling your Onkyo you're still running into trouble my last recommendation would be a factory reset of your Onkyo.  Hope that helps! ... View more

Hi @MPMajorBob  Welcome to community! Unfortunately, at this time each Roku account can only be associated with one Pandora account. So if someone logs in with their Pandora account on your Roku account the information will sync across all Roku devices for the the account. The only way around this is to have a separate Roku account, but as you mentioned, other service may not be available depending on the account.  Sorry for any inconvenience around this! ... If yes, could you confirm these are the steps you've taken: Launch the Pandora application. Select New User. An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue. From the web, visit www.pandora.com/sony and enter the activation code there. Or, from a mobile device, open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code. Let me know if the code continues to show expired when you enter it. Thanks! ... When you say you connect to your car, are you connecting to Android Auto?  In the meantime, could you confirm the following device information: Pandora version: Android version: If yes to Android Auto, it sounds like you're connecting wireless when you receive the message about connecting your phone via Bluetooth. Does this message appear on your phone or on the infotainment screen? When you connect via USB does Pandora on Android Auto become unresponsive or does the option for Pandora no longer appear?
