Looks like your account is upgraded to a monthly Premium subscription through Google Play.
Because your subscription is billed through the Google Play Store, you will need to update the payment details associated with your Google account. Visit Google Play's Add, remove or edit your payment method help page for more information on how to manage your payment options.
