I needed all my music grouped under one profile because, for some reason, I had 3 albums that were not grouped with my other 65 albums.
I sent a message to Amp-Support, and they sent my message to the Content Ops team. That same day, all my music was removed (you cannot find it on Pandora anymore). What is going on!?
I just dropped a new album this past Wednesday (March 19th, 2025), and now that launch is partially ruined because I listed Pandora first on all my promotional material. I am looking amature-ish with my first link to promote the album being a "dead" Pandora link.
If I knew this was going to happen, I would NEVER have asked Pandora to fix it. I thought this was a simple thing to fix. (I asked for this to be fixed a week before my new album dropped)
I use CDBaby as my distributor. Pandora, you did this. Can you fix it? Quickly!?
Thanks

Hello, Fo4ty,
I'm sorry to hear that! I had almost exactly the same thing happen where I had 2 tracks that were flipped with the statistics and support admitted there was an error and was getting the "Content Ops team" to look at it. A couple days later all my music was gone (March 6) and now on March 21 it's still all gone and haven't received any indication as to when they will be turning it back on or what happened. If you could please let me know when you find something out that would be great.

I will let you know if they fix it.
I am thinking about contacting CDBaby and telling them to re-upload all my music to Pandora. I am not sure if that is going to fly with them.
Thanks

Hey man, thank you for keeping me in the loop.
I might see if Pandora can correct it first before entering in a new type of fix (you would at least want to know that Pandora would accept the tracks again successfully). But I can see that that would be a potential option.
Good luck, Sir.

Everything you said is correct. But at this stage, I have lost money and willing to risk it all to get it fixed.
It cannot get any worse with Pandora (What are they going to do? Remove my music? LOL ๐).

OK man, well, I do wish you the best of luck. My music has been turned off now for 15 days and Iโve lost a lot of income as well. Do keep in touch to let me know how it goes through the forum.

Quick update:
I had the same problem with a different artist under my name/label, and that one is now fixed. It took less than one week to fix. These artists have only two albums released (Artist "Cial" and "DJ Table"). Maybe because they have less "material", it was easier? Not sure.
Either way, I am not sure why all the material for my artist "1hit 1der" was removed and not fixed/merged like the other artist(s). This raises more questions than answers.....
