@RobbyC Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device.

You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

So as long as you sign into your new phone using the same email address you are logged in with on your current phone, you'll be accessing the same account.

@kdgoodridge Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you trying to sign in to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

@Dougaybal Pandora accounts follow the email address - not the device.

To access your old account, just make sure sign in using the email address you created that account with.

I need help! I cancelled my subscription trying to transfer it because I got a new phone. I would like to keep my premium plus subscription. Can anyone tell me what to do, This is so confusing

To access your upgraded account on a new phone, just make sure sign in using the email address your upgraded account is registered with.

Pandora accounts follow the email address and not the device - to access your account on an iPad, just make sure to sign into the app using the email address your original Pandora account is registered with.

AdamPandora, I'm having the same problem as many of these folks. My new phone hasn't transferred my premium account & it won't let me log in with my email address. I'M FRUSTRATED!!! Please help! 🙂
