Currently having the same issue unable to receive a reset password email

I've been trying to reset my password on both my phone and laptop and I'm not receiving an email no matter how I do it I've been checking my spam as well, still nothing. Id really love to get my account back but I don't know what to do why is Pandora always messing like this?
