Account: Not receiving password reset email

Hi there, I am also having trouble with logging in and I am not receiving the reset link

I can’t log in, I’ve tried on 2 different devices also on Chrome and Safari, cleared history and cookies, deleted and resintalled the ap. I don’t know what else to try
