How to add a photo to Pandora profile

i connected my pandora to my twitter which was supposed to update the profile picture but it didn’t and i was wondering how long it takes to update

@Kageyama At this time, the only way to add a photo to your Pandora profile is by connecting your Facebook account to your Pandora account.

Honestly I’d really like the person who decided this is how you get a picture on your profile to walk me through their thought process here and tell me why an upload option isn’t not only available but standard. It’s been like a decade without being able to do this and my account has Been linked to fb for months

I deleted my Facebook account and I don't want to login to it. So I can't have a profile pic?

@Buford351 Sorry about this, but the only way to get a photo on your Pandora profile is by connecting to Facebook.

We will keep alternative options in mind for future developments.

In the meantime, I recommend giving a  ❤️ to the feature request for Profile Picture - No Facebook to express your interest in getting that added to the service.

Why? I don't have a Facebook account and certainly won't be creating one to use a picture for my profile. It seems like a bizarre business practice to needlessly tether your product to another company.

I would think Pandora has/is more evolved than using Facebook or another app to allow users to add a profile pic. For $12.99 I expect more. Yet all your updates seem to be non-user friendly. I’ve been with Pandora for nearly 7 years. I would prefer to stay with you.
