How to add a photo to Pandora profile

i connected my pandora to my twitter which was supposed to update the profile picture but it didn’t and i was wondering how long it takes to update

@gabbyanya To add a photo to your Pandora profile, you will actually need a photo on your Facebook profile and make sure your Facebook account is connected to your Pandora account.

To connect your Facebook account on Pandora, log in to our website and click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page.

1. Select Settings, and then Account in the left hand menu.
2. Scroll down to Social.
3. Select Connect to the right of the Facebook option. 

To change the photo that is displayed on your Pandora profile, you'll need to change your default photo on your Facebook account.

It's also worth noting that sometimes Facebook takes some time to recognize the connection with Pandora, so if it doesn't work right away please try again a little later.

How Do I Enter a Profile Picture if I Don't (and will NEVER USE) Facebook

At this time, the only way to add a photo to your Pandora profile is by connecting your Facebook account to your Pandora account.

If you'd like to see additional methods for adding a photo to your profile, I recommend creating a feature request for your suggestion. 💡

In the meantime, if you do end up using Facebook to add a photo to your account, you can follow the instructions provided in the accepted solution to this thread.

Follow-up to his question: If I can't just upload a picture (which, let's be honest, should be an option well before "interlink to Spybook", and much simpler), how do I at least change the letter it displays? It took the first letter of the email I set up the account with, but I changed that like six years ago.

@senselocke That letter is actually associated with the web name of your account.

I had our support team update your web name so that it now matches the current email address we have on file for you.

Your profile image should how reflect the correct letter.

How do I disconnect my Pandora account from my Facebook account. I want a different picture. I like to old P for Pandora. There should be an option to have Pandora all on its own without Facebook.

Updating your profile photo:

Sorry about this, but the only way to get a photo on your Pandora profile is by connecting to Facebook.

We will keep alternative options in mind for future developments.

In the meantime, I recommend giving a ❤️to the feature request for Profile Picture - No Facebook to express your interest in getting that added to the service as well.

Disconnecting Pandora account from Facebook account:

To disconnect Facebook from a mobile device:

Select the Profile tab. Next tap the Settings gear and then Privacy.

From the Privacy menu, you can switch the Facebook setting to Off.

Switching your Pandora Profile to Private will also disable sharing with Facebook.

To disconnect Facebook from a computer: 

Make sure you are signed into your Pandora account then click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page.

1. Select Settings and then Account in the left hand menu.
2. Scroll down under Social and click on Connected to the right of the Facebook option.

My thoughts are the same now, as they were 5 years ago when I wanted to do the same thing. And that’s to change my profile picture as well, and have no desire to use Facebook. IMHO,  It feels a little one sided, because some of us choose not to use Facebook. I guess it is what it is. 😊😉
