How do I reset my Password?

@bcruthirds You can reset your password from either a computer or mobile device.

 

To reset your Password on a Computer:

If you've forgotten your password, click here.

  1. Enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account for a link to reset your password.
  2. When you receive the email, click on the link included to reset it on our site.

 

To reset your password on mobile: 

If you're not already signed into the mobile app, and have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with the following instructions:

If you don't see this option, you may already be signed into the app. You can request a new password by requesting a new password here, then proceed with the rest of the instructions below.

  1. Open the Pandora app.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link located below the sign in fields.
  3. Enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account.
  4. Follow the instructions contained in the password-reset email after receiving it.

 

**The email containing your password reset may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

If you're having trouble receiving or viewing the reset password email, please contact our support team here for further assistance.

realized had not updated password. Account still using old pw.

@ccgmacon I created a new post for your message to keep the community tidy.

To update your password rom a mobile device:

  1. Sign into your Pandora app, and click on Profile.
  2. Click on the Settings gear in the top right corner, and select Account.
  3. Tap Save to update your information when you are finished making changes.

 

To update your password from our website:

  1. Sign into your account, then click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Save to update your information when you are finished making changes.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

My Mother has changed her email address. She tried to create a new account with a new email address. nothing works. Please help. She has a new TV and cannot use Pandora.

I had our support team search the email address you provided, and they mentioned there is already a Pandora account registered under that email address.

That would explain why your mother has been unable to create a new account.

Instead, have her reset the password on that account by following the instructions provided in the accepted solution to this thread.

I can’t reset my password. I click on the reset password link, but it’s not connecting. Help! I’m desperate for my tunes! And this started Sunday morning! Thank you

You should be able to reset your password using the instructions provided in the accepted solution to this thread. 

If the link provided in the email isn't working, can you please let me know what device you are using? (Ex: computer, phone, tablet)

Would it be possible to send me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you attempt to reset your password?

How do I reset this on my xbox app of Pandora?

@Big_t There isn't actually a way to reset your password through the Xbox app.

You will need to reset your password on either a computer or mobile device.

You can then sign into the Xbox app using the new password you receive.

Hi @Snyderroxanna!

You can click here to request a password reset just make sure to enter the email address associated with the Pandora account you'd like to access.

Next check the Inbox associated with that email address in order to continue through the password reset process.

If you don't see the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you no longer have access to that Inbox, you're welcome to create a new Pandora account or reach out to your email provider for further assistance regaining access.
