Need to change email/password

• So I need to change my Pandora music email and password. Yet the email i signed up with i haven't used in like ten years and I can't remember the password or access the email to change the password. What do I do?

Tried that. It did not work. I go to sight and it is only the free music page with no place to change my password.

You guys are making this way to complicated and difficult.  My email address is attached to an old employer and wanted to change to my normal email address that I use now that I've retired.  Don't want to change password either...
