How come when I do a password reset (5th try now) I don't get a confirmation screen indicating my password has been changed?
I have tried unsuccessfully over 6 times to reset my password for computer
access. No luck and I'm considering moving to another music service. Your
customer support is lacking and no way to contact a live person. I'm in the
CS business and this is a big deal for me.
