Songs slow down and speed up

Hippy1

I have been getting weird slowdowns and speed ups on song play for about six months. It is worse today than ever before. What is happening?!

@Hippy1 Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

What exactly do you mean by weird slowdowns and speed ups?

Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Thanks for working with me on this.

Hello-
Thank you for responding to my plea. I have noticed for quite some time now that Pandora has been waning in quality as far as constant play on my stations. I don't know if you have ever heard a cassette tape before, but, at times, my Pandora stations sound like a tape or record that is being slowed down and sped up several times during the song. It is very frustrating. It continues on other stations if i attempt to change them. It completely ruins the experience of the songs, obviously, and especially because i have to pay for it.
Please help.
Sincerely,
Jason Robertson
