Where to find account statistics?

Hey!

Long time listener, first time caller.. (haha, sorry couldn't help myself)

But im curious if theres a way for someone within the pandora team to see what my actual thumb count and listening hours is.. I see various numbers for total thumbs between the website and different parts of the app. Not a huge deal, in the past I've always assumed it was just issues the system has had keeping track over the decades, lol.

Hey Adam! Thanks for the reply but it doesn't quite help 😕

 According to that particular page I only have 377 thumbs? Across 16k hours of listening, haha im picky but not that picky with my thumbs. And on one part of the app I've seen 600+, as well, at one point after some digging i found a number in the thousands... which seems more believable but im just curious if a moderator or admin had a way to access more statistics or if the true numbers have been lost to the years of backend updates/tweaks xD

In regards to the inconsistency you are seeing in your Thumbs Up count, we recognize that seeing different Thumbs counts across the app can be confusing, and we’re sorry for any frustration this may cause.

You can view your Thumbs in more detail on each station’s backstage page or in your My Thumbs Up Playlist.

In your instance, going to My Thumbs Up playlist would give you the most accurate total of your Thumbs Up ratings.
