"Someone Else is Listening" Message:
If you are receiving the message, "Your Pandora Account is currently playing on another device," or "Someone else is listening," then more than one device is streaming from your account at the same time.
While your Pandora account can be logged into as many devices as you like, they can't be playing at the same time. Regardless of your subscription level, the revenue from one Pandora account only covers the cost of one stream from one device. As long as you press pause on one device before you listen to Pandora on another, you should be fine.

@AlyssaPandora Thank you!
I keep getting a more then one person is listening and I cannot listen at this time. I am the account holder , I pay for this service. I have changed the password and my family is not listening at that time. I thought changing the password would fix the problem but I think it is on Pandoras side. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!
I've changed my password about 10 times, I've tried contacted Pandora and it doesn't work. Seems like we are screwed.

So if support staff sends you an email saying that no concurrent sessions were logged why then does it continue to happen? I sent a screen shot of the error code but pretty sure that’s gunna be not super helpful. Guess it s time to wait days for another useless response 🙂

If you need assistance with removing devices from your account, or would like more info about this error message, please check out this helpful article.
Listing attached devices and removing their access shouldn't require customer support intervention. I support the notion that this should be added as a feature.
Worth noting, this seems to be happening frequently as of late. Without being able to check who's accessing my account, I don't know the level of severity in play. Am I hacked? The account is never "taken back", so odds are it's not that.

I Agree 100 percent. They also need to add an option to change the default download storage location. I did my search. With some software i have found a mac address from another country on my acccount . They are smart. They hacked in to my Google account, which i have Pandora being paid through Google Play. They thought they had me but NOPE. Im not gonna say wjat I did to there device. My fire wall saved me. My bank called me, to ask what i was doing because they made $300 On some bull junk. So my advice use long password, for example
DIS.EXE.GO.SCREW.YOUR.SELF.**ahem**.HACKER.
NO That is not none of my passwords. One I use i barely remember it. So yeah. Do not be surprised if one of ya'll become there next target.
