unable to access my account

i pay for two accounts. without notice, without any notice i cannot access my account. whenever we would open our account in the past a pop-up box asked who was listening, carol or john. simply click and get in to clicked account. now the account is stuck on carol's and i cannot access mine. help please!

@jcmjer1 Are you able to sign out of the account that is currently logged in on your device?

To sign out of the current account on a computer, click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Sign Out.

You should then be able to sign back in using your account credentials.
