Hello,
I am able to add and delete songs and start a new playlist on my Chromebook Pandora but my phone Pandora does not show the changes.
Please help!

@Roxanneharper As long as you are logged into the same account on both devices, any changes you make to a playlist on your Chromebook should transfer over to that same playlist that shows on your phone.
I recommend signing out of Pandora on both devices, and then signing back in using the same email address.
