Hi Alyssa," CarTunes-21" is only used on the new, premium account. I am having trouble getting the log in screen to open because of the older, free account. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

Are you trying to install Pandora on your iPhone or are you trying to activate an in-home device (such as a TV or receiver) using your iPhone?
I see that you connected your Pandora account to an iPhone today (5/18).

The Device Activation tab is for activating your Pandora account on in-home devices such as Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, etc. These devices generate codes that need to be entered on a separate device for activation.
If you're attempting to activate Pandora on your mobile device, you already have simply by signing into the app with your Pandora account email address and password.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and sent you a direct message as it looks like your email address may be incorrect. Please check your DM shortly and respond to me from there.
