The email they will contact you on will be the one ending in "...bb.net". We do not include email addresses on the Pandora community to protect your privacy so I have removed them from your previous post.

Hi Alyssa," CarTunes-21" is only used on the new, premium account. I am having trouble getting the log in screen to open because of the older, free account. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
