Android: Out of country error

I live in the US. I am NOT using VPN. I am using my home WiFi. The Pandora app has worked perfectly for years. Yesterday I started getting the out of country error if I'm trying to stream while connected to home WiFi. No error if I'm connected over my cellular network.

Same problem on multiple devices connected to same router. I contacted the router manufacturer and they verified that it is registered in the US. 

Contacted Pandora customer service and after requesting my IP address and zip code they have not responded in over 24 hours. 

If Pandora can not offer a fix I will be forced to cancel. There are other music streaming services out there without this problem.

Someone has responded to your message and I would recommend following up since you have an open email case already.
