Traveling by train is by far my favorite mode of transportation. It's peaceful, scenic, and perfect for thinking or just vibing with music. During college, I used to go back and forth between New York, Philly, Baltimore, and DC by train pretty frequently. Here are some fun facts about trains: The Transcontinental Railroad in the U.S. was completed in 1869, connecting the East and West coasts. The Orient Express was a luxury train service known for glamorous European travel (and mystery novels!).
