Android: Pandora is cutting in and out

Help,
My pandora is cutting in and out!
I am using a new Samsung 17a Android with a new down load of pandora ver 2607.1

Sometimes it works fine but it is getting worse, I have cleared the app, preformed a forced stop of the app, Deleted the app and reloaded the app..

By the way works fine on car radio and my Roku app...

Thanks in advance for any help!

@Wine721 Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

When you say Pandora is is cutting in and out, is the issue that the music stops briefly, and then begins playing again? Or is the issue that the music completely stops, and the only way you can get it to play again is by tapping on the play button?

Also, when this issue occurs:

  • Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
  • Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?
    •  If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
  • Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Lastly, please provide your device model, Android OS & One UI:

  • Android version (Settings > About Phone > Android version):
  • One UI version: (Settings > About Phone > Software information):

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for following up with that information, @Wine721.

I have some additional questions I'd like you to help answer:

  • Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
  • Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?

In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.

For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices

Let me know how it goes.
