Android: Playback stops when listening to playlists

Same. What really frustrates me is that if 1 list has ended, and I choose another, hit the shuffle button, it may play one song and quit. When I reopen my phone, sometimes it shows up on my home screen, and sometimes it doesn't. It doesn't seem to matter how long it has been since I restarted my phone whether it has been few days or not, because this has also happened within an hour of restarting it, and very recently it happened immediately after.

@Killerdee187 Sorry for any trouble.

I'm happy to help look into this further, however I will need additional information from you before I can do so.

From the list of questions I asked above, can you please let me know:

When this issue occurs:

  • Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?
    •  If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
  • Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Additionally, please provide your device model, Android OS, One UI (if on Samsung), and Pandora app versions:

  • Model:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone > Android version):
  • One UI version: (Settings > About Phone > Software information):
  • Pandora version (Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora):

Thank you for working with me on this.

This occurs when I am using my playlists that I have curated. Usually either "Bedtime", "Drive", or "Drive2". This rarely occurs when accessing "radio stations". This happens both in Wi-fi and Bluetooth, and won't stop until I have restarted my phone.

Information from "About Phone":

Product name: Galaxy S24

Model Name: SM-S921U

Serial Number: RFCX1121Q7H

Hardware Version: REV1.O

I have found the Pandora in the Apps setting in my phone, but not sure what information you need from there.

Thank you for following up with those details, @Killerdee187.

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.

For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices

After completing the suggestions linked above, can you please try reproducing the issue and let me know if you continue to have trouble?

Thanks again for working with me on this.
