Pandora is not paying. The songs show bust they won't play. Any one else having this problem?
Moderator Edit: Changed title for clarity
No sound here either, ran through basic and advanced troubleshooting. Anyone get this figured out? I'm on a Galaxy s21
Hey, @Jdenning. 👋
Thanks for letting us know about your experience.
Are you able to hear the volume when using an app / website like Youtube? Or, taking phone calls?
Do you have another app open when this happens?
Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?

In the meantime, I'd like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device?
Let me know. 🎧

Hi there, @williams15. 👋
Sorry for the continued trouble.
If you're able to capture a screenshot of the error message, this would be helpful too.
Let me know. 🎧
Is there a "mute" on Pandora?
By the way, songs play but all the sudden, no sound. Phone speaker also works
Hi there, @LORDPUMPSALOT. 👋
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the sound.
Pandora uses your phone's volume so there isn't a designated mute option within the app. In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account in case we need to report this to our engineering team.
If you haven't already, please try out these steps while the trace is enabled: Android Troubleshooting

If the issue persists, please provide the following details:
I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. 🎧
I am having a similar issue on this topic, but when I search an artist and tap to play a certain song, it will not play. It will play what ever was loaded previously and will shuffle through my stations on its own. Why can I no longer play songs I tap to play?
Hi there, @joe_byrne. 👋

This post is specifically about Blink 182's "Not another Christmas song", but if it can happen to one song I'm sure it can and have happened to others. The song's full length plays in the web browser perfectly. On Android, maybe even mobile, it just plays the first 13 seconds.
Hi @Meem31ty 👋
Nice to see you around the Community and thank you for reaching out.
I moved your original post onto an existing/related thread under Android: Songs Show but Won't Play in the Android support space.
Sorry to hear that Blink-182 song isn't playing on your Android device. I was able to play that song on my computer and on my iPhone.
Let's try troubleshooting your device to see if this helps. From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*
Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can check out Google's help page for steps on how to clear space on your device.
Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.
Let me know if that helps!
