Android: Unable to Edit Playlist on New Phone

I got a new phone and now I can't edit or add to playlists. I can't even give thumbs up. I deleted app and reinstalled, cleared data and cache. Nothing works. I have premium subscription.

It sounds like you are experiencing two separate issues:

  • Unable to edit customized playlists
  • Unable to give thumb ratings on collected stations

This being said, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. What is the make and model of your device (and carrier, if applicable)?
  2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
