Android: Unable to download app on new phone

Old phone is still active but not available to me. I want to activate a Pandora acct on my new phone and turn it off on the oild one that I don't have access to. What can I do? Pandora won't let me download the app on my new phone

Signing out of Pandora on your old phone:

To remove that device from your account:

• From a web browser (on a computer), go to pandora.com and log in to your account.
• Then click your Profile in the top right corner of the page and select Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Log out of all other devices.
• Enter your password and press Log Out.
• If you’ve signed into someone else’s computer, be sure to sign out of your Pandora account once you’re finished.
