Android: Unable to start Premium Session on WiFi

Pixel phone/android.

On cellular data I can search for a song and play it(after listening to an ad of course).

However, on wifi I can search for a song, but the 'play' button is  disabled and I can't even try to play song.  However, it will play stations, etc that I listened to previously.

Until now, this has never been an issue.  I have only noticed this the last few weeks.

Help appreciated!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening. Can you tell me a bit more about your device and about what's happening?

• What is the make and model (and internet provider)?
• What happens when you open Pandora?
• Are you able to see the ad but not to play the song? Or are you having trouble seeing the ad too?
• Is there an error message? If yes, what exactly does it say?
