If you continue to have trouble after trying these steps, could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better we can help. When this issue occurs:
Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Are you using a Bluetooth connection?
Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Is this only happening when listening on your phone? Or on other devices too?
What is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
Does this happen when you give thumbs down from the widget when the screen is locked or on the app directly?
Is there an error message? If yes, what exactly does it say?
Also can you tell me if this is happening with a particular station or any of them? If it is a particular station I'll need:
The name of the station where this occurred.
The name(s) of the artist(s).
The title(s) of the track(s).
If it is in general it would be great to have some names too so we can take a look. Le me know!

Hi @BrianKDav , Yes, your Pandora account is linked to your Community Profile. If you'd like you can create a second community profile using the second Pandora account. An regarding your question about streaming from two devices at the same time, you can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. However, you won't be able to listen to that same Pandora account on multiple devices at the same time. At this moment, the only way to stream across your devices simultaneously is to create an account for each device or location you want to stream at the same time, just as you mentioned to have done with the account to listen at your house and the other to listen while driving or walking. Unlike broadcast radio, which all drivers hear in the car at the same time, each internet-connected device used to access Pandora receives its own unique stream of personalized music. Similar to other online streaming services, our music licenses limit our ability to stream from a single account on more than one device at a time. As a result, your subscription to Pandora Plus, or any other of our subscriptions (Pandora Premium, or Pandora Premium Family) will only cover the cost of one stream to one device per Pandora account. Hi @Ipayfornoads , thanks for posting. No problem, you can follow these instructions to disable Artist or Discovery Messaging on a mobile device:
Go the the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap on the Settings gear in the top right hand corner and then Advanced.
If they are enabled, you will see something like Playing on 15 Stations. Tap that to view which stations have these messages enabled.
If there's a particular artist you'd like to continue to hear from, or who you think you might like to see in concert, I'd recommend disabling the artist messages on a station-by-station basis. If you'd prefer to remove all the messages instead, simply turn off the Play Artist Audio Messages toggle.

Thanks for the screenshot @Rxnin . So your playlist or in general anything you play will continue to appear on the recently played carrousel, but as you get playing new things, they will eventually be replaced. Now regarding about the lists appearing when searching, is it possible that these playlists may have been set as public? Let me know.

Hi @rwkjr . Sorry for the trouble. While away, your offline collection may be removed and access may be restricted if you:
Uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app.
If your battery dies out.
Toggle the app to Online Mode.
Are unable to establish a connection via a US Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days.
If any of this happened that may be what may have caused your offline content to disappear. Unfortunately, after that you would need to re-download the content. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi @Transpo52 , thanks for your feedback about the ads volume. I moved your post to this thread to keep the community organized. As mentioned on the accepted solution, music has a much wider dynamic range (the difference in volume between the softest and loudest parts) in comparison to ads. As a result, only the loudest parts of songs may sound as loud as commercials. These dynamic differences between music and ads can also vary based on the genre of music or when the track was recorded. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the volume of ads dependent upon the station on which they play. I also wanted to note that if you are worried about the audio quality not being good enough, both Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium stream at a higher quality, and come with a number of other benefits you might find attractive. And regarding the quantity of music, we’re always looking for new content to add to our library, so if you would like us to add a particular, song, album or artist to repertoire, please feel free to share any of your suggestions on our Music Suggestions 2025 thread. Hi @Dragonazz ! Just to verify, are you experiencing this from your phone? Or are you having issues on other devices as well? If you are on your phone, you can try the troubleshooting steps described here. Now if you want to edit your playlist from your phone you can go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit.
To rename or reorder your playlist:
Tap the Edit icon below the album art.
Reorder by dragging the list icon next to a track to the desired position.
Rename by tapping the playlist title.
Press Save to save your changes.
To remove songs from your playlist:
In Edit mode, tap X next to the track. Press Save to confirm your changes.
Alternatively, while viewing your playlist, you can remove a song by swiping left on it.
