Android: Pandora is unavailable in your country or region

All devices started getting this message this morning. Worked fine yesterday. Geolocation shows we are in El Paso Texas. My isp support states this is a Pandora issue. Please fix!

Just to add, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and it made no difference .

Also you might want to fix this message board. I could not even post to this board when connected to wifi. How can one reach support for something like this when there is a problem?

@Bullitt4514 Sorry for the trouble.

To clarify, are you connected to your home or work network when this error message appears?

Additionally, please provide the public IP address that appears when you visit www.whatismyip.com on the device where the network error occurred and we'll look into it.

Note that we don't support VPNs or IP security programs. We recommend making an exception for Pandora or adjust the location in your VPN settings. You may want to contact the support team of your VPN for further assistance managing these options.

Thank you for working with me on this.

Hello. This what starlink support sent to me "Because Starlink is a newer global provider, some services may not have our IP addresses updated. Please send this to Pandora support:

"Dear Streaming Service Provider: I experienced issues accessing content that is being IP restricted on Starlink internet. Starlink is a new global Internet Service Provider and our IPv4/IPv6 address space is continuously expanding. Per RFC 8805, Starlink's Self-Published IP Geolocation Feeds can be found at https://geoip.starlinkisp.net/feed.csv. This is currently being ingested on a regular schedule with major geolocation providers. If you maintain a local geolocation database, please update your records per the self-published feed or use the major geolocation providers."
