App closes when pausing or answering calls

It's not just iOS, my Android is doing the exact same thing.  It's very frustrating, especially when I am driving and have to open Pandora again to have my music play. 

• Device & Generation: Samsung Galaxy s9 
• Carrier: Verizon 
• iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
• Pandora version: 2001.1
• Are you connected to 4G
• If you are using a bluetooth device when this happens, what is the make and model of that specific device:  this happens when, being played through any device: headphones, phones, bluetooth

@Dlhughes38 I moved your post to the Android space since it sounds like this is the device you are running into issues with.
