Buffering on Android

I am unable to play Pandora from my Android phone app. I have tried uninstalling and clearing the cache. I am using a Pixel 6A, running Android 15. I hadn't opened the app for several months, and now when I open it I get continual buffering of songs in which a song pops up, I get a message that its  buffering, the song never plays, and then the app moves to another song and the same thing happens. Eventually a pop up window says Unable to retrieve music from Pandora.com.

@PlantBoy22 I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.

For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps once more: Troubleshooting for Android Devices

If that does not resolve the issue, can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?

(Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments)

Thanks for working with me on this.

This did not solve my problem. I am unable to load images to this message string. The error message I get from Pandora after several songs try to upload and then skip, is "Sorry, I'm unable to retrieve music from Pandora.com. "

In addition, when I try to access community from the Pandora website, I get the following message: "

{"message":"auth token has been invalidated","errorCode":1001,"errorString":"INVALID_REQUEST"}"
