Can't add pic to my account

Hello, I'm not able to add a pic to my account. Also having trouble adding a new playlist. I'm a paying subscriber, using Android. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. The preferences, however, seemed to have remained. Any thoughts?

Unable to add photo to account:

There is not currently a way to add a photo to your Pandora profile.

This being said, I recommend commenting on this existing Idea, and upvoting it with a ❤️ if you'd like to see it added to the service: Ideas: Ability to add profile picture

Unable to create a new playlist:

You should be able to create a playlist.
