Frequently "disables"

I am having problems with my Pandora app frequently disabling over time. This is a problem because when it is disabled I can no longer see the app in my android auto forcing me to stop, uninstall the app and reinstall the app again. Enabling doesn't work because the moment the app is closed it is disabled again. So I am forced to uninstall and reinstall just to stop it from disabling. This is very annoying! Has anyone else encountered this?
