Everything else seems to work fine, playlists, stations, my downloads all play no problem but when I try to start my thumbprint radio it crashes the app. When it reloads it starts wherever I was when I tried to open thumbprint radio.

Hi there, @Kbrat. ๐
Thanks for letting us know about this.
Do any error messages pop up before or after the app crashes?
Have you tried out the standard troubleshooting steps? If not, I would recommend running through these steps while I have a trace enabled on your Pandora account: Android Troubleshooting
Let me know how it goes. ๐ง

I don't think there have been any messages through the app itself but after the app crashes I get the "unfortunately Pandora keeps stopping" or whatever message android usually gives when an app crashes. But I would only get that message after trying to reopen it like 2 or 3 times. Otherwise it would just return me to my home screen as soon as I pushed thumbprint radio, then when I reopened the app it would return to whatever playlist I was listening to before.
I haven't tried the troubleshooting I will now.

Sounds good, @Kbrat. ๐
Feel free to let me know how the troubleshooting steps go.
If you continue to experience this issue after troubleshooting, I can report it over to our engineers. I would need the following details about your device in order to report this accurately:
- Model:
- Carrier:
- Android version (Settings > About Phone):
- Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):
- Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
Hope this helps. Thanks for sticking with me on this. ๐ง
