Hi there, @jack1.

You should be able to sign out of your Pandora account using the following steps:

  • From the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, select the Settings gear in the top right corner.
  • Select the Sign Out button to sign out of your Pandora account.
  • If that doesn't work for any reason, please write back to let me know. If possible, please also provide a screenshot of the Settings screen for me.

Hope this helps.

My Pandora account in profile/settings does not show a "Sign out" button. I have an Android phone. How do I find it? Thanks

@Jim1943 Sorry about that!

Are you able to visit your Profile?

Once you get there, please click on the gear icon to access your Settings.

From your Settings, there should be a "Sign Out" option, if you scroll down.

If you still have trouble, would you mind sending over a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing?

To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Home button and the Power button (on the right side of your phone) at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound (if your volume is turned on), and your screen will be captured.

Let me know.

I am also having this issue.  I have logged out and back in, removed and reinstalled the app and still no menu option.  Setting button also doesn’t not include a offline option.  I was unable to take a screen shot while holding the power button and home button at the same time.  Thoughts?

Hey, @Kmb_mcgowan.

Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing!

I checked in with our User Support team, and your account is registered as free. The offline option is only available for paid subscribers (Plus and Premium).

Are you able to locate the sign out button?

You'll need to:

  • Visit your Profile
  • Click on the Gear icon ⚙︎
  • From here you'll be in your Settings
  • Scroll down to view the Sign Out option (it should be very last option)

++

If you still don't see a sign out option at the bottom, could you please tell me a bit more about your device?

  • What is the make and model?
  • Which Pandora version are you using?

Let me know.
