Samsung: Battery drains when not using app

This is not true. It happens on every android device not just the pixel. My phone is 5 years old and is now doing the same thing. 20% of my battery drained with the settings suggested and app force stopped (even rebooted) less than one minute of use since last full charge. With settings suggested Pandora app also does not work.
