Songs Buffering "Technical Issues" Error Message

Local Performer

On my Samsung Galaxy 20 the songs buffer a lot so I only hear half the song.  Also, it keeps saying Pandora is experiencing technical issues.    How can I resolve this?  My email is .....Please email with an answer.  Pandora does not seem to have support for issues like this.  Thanks, Kathi Simonsen
