Hi there, @iannyce. 👋

No worries - I'm happy to help.

By holding, you press down on that track and move it. There should be three little bars to the left of the song when you're editing your playlist. You can use that to drag your playlist to another spot (above or below) in order to adjust the order of your songs.

++

To edit the playlist content:

Go to My Collection and tap the name of the playlist you'd like to edit.

To remove individual songs, simply swipe the song title from right to left.

To delete multiple songs or to make any other changes to your playlist, tap the Edit icon below the album art.

  • To remove songs scroll down and press the circled (X) to the left of the songs you would like to remove or swipe the track name left.
  • To adjust the order of your playlist, hold and drag the list icon on the right of the track title to the desired position.

If you're in Edit mode, Save (Android) to close out and save your changes.

++

If there are other terms that you'd like clarification about, please let me know. I'm more than happy to walk you through the process or send over an email to help 1-on-1 with your specific account. 🎧

And this is what I got from customer support: Thanks for writing.
The old password does not work and the new password does not work. The new password only works on a pc and there is no possible way to change to the new account on my phone. So guess what, though I liked your service, I am deleting both accounts because your app should not be so hard to use!

Buh Bye!

You can change all your account information (including email, password and zip code) by visiting pandora dot com on your computer and signing in.

Next, click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Settings. Under Account you can make any necessary changes to your registration information, including your email address and password.

Be sure to save your changes when you're done.

Note: When you are updating your password, you will need to enter the old password to confirm the changes. Only then will the new password take effect.
