Bluetooth connection with Mercedes

Since my last app update, my auto Bluetooth works great but pandora won’t connect from my iPhone. My car doesn’t even show up as an option

Could you tell me a little more about whats going on? Your iPhone will connects with your car via Bluetooth but Pandora won't play? 

Could you also let me know the following info:

1. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
2. Can you tell me the Pandora app version on your iPhone(let me know if you need help finding that)?
3. Do you use Apple CarPlay?
4. Have you experienced connection issues with Pandora only when in the car, or also outside the car?
