Why can't I get Pandora in my Honda Odyssey?

I'll need additional information about your experience.

Automotive Info:

  1. What is the year of your Honda?
  2. Are you using a stock stereo or aftermarket stereo? If aftermarket, what is the make and model of that device.
  3. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
  4. How is your mobile device connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB or AUX)

Mobile Info:

  1. What is the make and model of your phone?
  2. What is the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
  3. Have you experienced any issue playing Pandora outside of your car? 

Let me know.

Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

Can you tell me more about what is happening? Are you having trouble connecting to your vehicle or is it something a little different?

  • What is the make and model of your phone?
  • OS version?
  • Pandora version?
  • Do you use Android Auto or CarPlay?
