Can you tell me a little more about what is happening:
- Do you receive any error messages? If so, what does it say?
- Will the phone connect to your system?
- Can you tell me the Pandora app version that's on your phone (let me know if you need help finding that)?
- How is your Samsung connected to your system? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
- Are you using Android Auto?
- Have you experienced a similar issue outside your car or only in your vehicle?
