CarPlay - Using Premium or Plus in Vehicle

I have a car that has an app for Pandora and also have Apple Car play - I have wireless apple car play so I will not be planning and plugging in my phone to my car. My phone is an Apple 12 Plus with ATT. 

My question is: why pay for premium if the app will not support its features or will it? I don't know if I should just get plus - one thing is for certain, I dont want to hear commercials anymore - thanks

For your situation, we would suggest connecting your iPhone to CarPlay instead of the integrated app. CarPlay does support the increased skips of Plus; and Premium features like being able to listen to playlists and albums in your vehicle.
