Controls not working in Ford

I have a one+ 7 pro, was working great work my 2013 escape with my Ford touch, my phone updated to Android 10 and now my steering while controls won't skip, neither will the contols on the Radio or in the app. I could still give thumbs up or down in the app, but thumbs down will not skip either.

Can you let me know how you're connected to your Ford? USB or Bluetooth

Could you plese do me a favor and send over a screenshot of your mobile when this happens?

Also, what version of Pandora are you currently on? If you need help finding this, let me know.
