Error Unsupported

I have a 2020 Honda Civic and I was listening to it on Monday and last night it came with this error. My phone is LGK40 and I use pandora by Bluetooth. My car also has android auto but it did not work with that either. I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again I am still getting an the same error code.

Can you do me a favor and share a screenshot of the error message. If you need help with that, let me know. 

Can you also tell me a little more about your phone:

• Android version (Settings > About Phone):
• Build number (Settings > About Phone):
• Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone):
• Pandora version:
  • Open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
