All Pandora automotive implementations require you to use a compatible iPhone or Android with an active internet connection in order to stream music in the car.*

If you need more detailed steps or you don't have the option to use CarPlay or Android auto, could you provide the following information so I can send you something more specific?
- What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
- How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
- Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
- Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
